Rich Pisani – CEO AMG Am well experienced in both business brokerage and franchise consulting. Established 23 franchise offices in the mid-west before selling the firm in February of 1981. He holds a Fellowship in Entrepreneurial Studies thru St. Louis University's 'Price-Babson Fellows' program. Has taught night courses in sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, business planning, as well as classes on entrepreneurship such as starting a small business and how to sell your company or franchise your business. Also, from 1987 thru 2009 I was a professor at St. Louis Community College on nights and weekends in their SLCC 'Continuing Education Department' teaching similar courses as outlined at SLU above. Started the franchise division for AMG Corporate Offices with two partners in 2005, which is in the 'Executive Office Suites & Business Center' industry. We now have 3 offices in the St. Louis area. Have been involved in over 30 business, civic, charity (St. Louis Ambassadors Club) and political organizations as a 'volunteer' founder, officer, or board member to give back to my St. Louis community.

Publishing Concepts, Inc. was co-founded by Joe Clote at his home in Webster Groves, Missouri in August of 1992. It was in October 1993 that Commerce Publishing Company of St. Louis purchased the year-old Publishing Concepts, Inc. With immediate resources at their disposal the Publishing Concepts team acted quickly to secure additional accounts .
In September 2003, Publishing Concepts, L.L.C. moved to its current headquarters located at 6590 Scanlan Avenue in the heart of Saint Louis Missouri, USA. Today, Publishing Concepts now incorporates print and digital magazine publishing, trade shows, maps, Web sites, Web Apps, directories and turn-key marketing, printing, and publishing services for multiple industries. Clote is an enrolled member of the Osage Nation in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. He also serves on the board of directors for the Haskell Foundation – Haskell Indian Nations University and Advisory Board Member of Saint Louis University – School for Professional Studies in Hospitality, in addition to serving on numerous regional boards as well.
